CHILDREN'S VOLUNTEER/REGULATIONS

🌿 Children’s Space at Rhythm & Vibe Fest 🌿

At Rhythm & Vibe Fest, we honor and cherish the next seven generations to come. Our children are the heartbeat of the future, and we invite you to be part of their joyful experience.

To support parents and guardians, we are offering a Childcare Space where little ones (under 11) can be safely guided through fun activities while you take a well-deserved break, attend a class, or immerse yourself in the festival.

✨ Childcare Drop-Off & Volunteering are hand and hand:

We kindly ask all parents to volunteer a few hours to help create a nurturing and magical space for the children.

Drop-off times will be posted soon.

If you'd love to share an activity or lend a hand in the childcare area, please sign up at the Gate at registration upon arrival.

✨ Important Guidelines:

Children must be registered at the Gate.

All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian unless checked into childcare.

Children under 16 may not be left unattended, including in tents at night.

✨ A Loving Reminder:

This is a retreat for all who attend. We welcome families, but please be mindful that everyone is on their own journey. As part of a shared community, we ask parents to be responsible for their children at all times. If a child is disruptive or left unattended, it may result in being asked to leave. Respecting personal space and boundaries is key to creating a peaceful and harmonious experience for all.

It takes a village to raise our little ones, and we deeply appreciate your efforts in keeping this space safe, joyful, and respectful for everyone. Thank you for being part of this beautiful journey!
